GLOSSARY

Certified deliverable

A rendered, self contained HTML page plus its machine artifacts: the data, the checks log, and the manifest, each sibling linked from the page. The definition sits beside every number and the check results are visible on its face. Markdown alone is a draft, because a buyer forwards a page, not a repository.

What failure is Certified deliverable named after?

The certified page that opens as garbage. No charset declaration, so every heading renders as mojibake in the recipient's browser.

What does it look like on a real file?

The Meridian pack ships an HTML page, the data, the checks log, and the manifest, each one linked from the page itself.

Not for

Not a repository. A folder of scripts and markdown is where the work lives, not the thing a reader is sent.
