The short version
The marketing site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. We measure the site with our own first-party, cookieless counter: which pages are viewed and which links are clicked, with no IP addresses, no identifiers, and nothing that follows you anywhere. It honors your browser's Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. We collect your email only if you give it to us, and your payment details go straight to our processor, we never see them. The skills you install run entirely in your own environment; they send us nothing.

We do not run advertising trackers, session recorders, or third-party analytics on the marketing site, and we don't build advertising profiles.
The skills send us nothing
The skills and libraries are files that run inside your agent, on your machine or infrastructure. They contain no telemetry and make no network calls to us. Whatever data you point your agent at stays with you; we have no visibility into it.
The installer and updater
Two optional tools in the paid packs do make network calls, and here is exactly what they send.
When you enter a license key, the installer (and the kymira activate command) sends
that key and your machine's hostname to Lemon Squeezy's license service to validate and activate
it. When you run kymira update, the updater sends your license key and tier to our
update service to fetch the latest release, and kymira uninstall sends the key once
more to release your seat. That is the complete list. Neither tool ever transmits your data files,
and installing works without a key at all; updates are opt-in, run only when you invoke them.
Who we share with
Only the service providers we need to operate: our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy), our hosting and email routing provider (Cloudflare), and our inbox provider (Google). Each handles your data under its own terms and only to provide its service. We don't sell your data.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any update email using the link in it.
- Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live and the laws that apply there (such as GDPR or CCPA), you may have formal rights to access, correct, or erase your data; we honor those requests.
Retention
We keep order and receipt records as long as needed for tax and accounting obligations, and email-list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we'll update this page and its version. Buying or subscribing after a change means the current version applies.
