Datarails announced FinanceOS on 10 March 2026, so this page compares against the product their site describes now, not an older one. - ✓You consolidate more than one entity. Intercompany eliminations and FX applied at the correct rate for the correct period belong at the infrastructure level, which is where their layer applies them. Kymira works on the file you exported, not on your entity structure.
- ✓Your team lives in Excel and the models stay. Their pitch is keeping the Excel models you trust while fixing the chaos of disconnected data. Kymira reads exports; it does not maintain your workbook.
- ✓An agent has to inherit a person's permissions. Their MCP layer enforces the initiating user's permissions on every query, so an agent cannot reach data that person is not authorized to see. Kymira has no permission model of its own; it reads the files you already hold.
